What Do I Do If You Do Not Have an Appointment Which Suits Me?
You can ask for an appointment at a different time and your doctor will try their best to accommodate you.

What Do I Need to Bring?
Usually, you do not need to bring anything with you, but if you have a list of current repeat medications, it will help your GP to take a look.

Do I Pay for My Prescription or Referral Letters?
You don’t have to pay for them as they are included in your consultation fee.

Do I Have to Pay for a Private Medical Certificate?
There is a fee of £20 for private medical certificates.

If I Can’t Attend the Clinic, Can I Ask for a Home Visit?
Yes. Please email the clinic directly with your contact details and a brief history of the problem, and a GP will get in touch with you as soon as possible to ask for more information and advise you about the next step.

Do I Need Private GP Insurance to Be Seen?
No, you do not need private medical insurance to use the service. Most UK private medical insurance policies do not cover private GP consultations. Receipts are provided as required, e.g., to claim your consultation fee back from your employer.
